A 45-minute video call where we learn about your data, your business question and your timeline. We ask to see a sample of the data if possible. By the end of the call we can usually tell you whether the project is feasible and which package fits.
We send a fixed-price contract with a clear scope of work. Once signed, you grant us access to the relevant data sources. If an NDA is needed, we handle that in parallel so nothing is delayed.
Our engineers clean, transform and label the data. This stage often takes longer than the modelling itself. We share a data-quality report so you can see exactly what we found and what we fixed.
We train several candidate models, compare their accuracy on a held-out test set and pick the best performer. You receive a short evaluation report with precision, recall and any domain-specific metrics that matter to your use case.
The chosen model goes live behind a REST API. We set up a monitoring dashboard, write the documentation and walk your team through everything in a 90-minute handover session. From this point the 30-day support window begins.

If your project needs data from more than the included sources, we charge a flat fee per additional database, API or file feed. This covers schema mapping, cleaning and joining to the main dataset.
A full-day session at your office where we train your team on how the model works, how to interpret its outputs and when to flag potential issues. Useful for companies that want to reduce their dependence on us over time.
For deep-learning projects (image classification, object detection, large NLP models) that need GPU compute beyond what is included in the standard build. Billed at cost plus a 15% management fee.
Continues the post-launch support beyond the initial 30 days. Includes bug fixes, minor model updates and email support with a one-working-day response time. No minimum commitment.
