How to find us
Our office sits on Ullrich Ridge, a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly station. If you are coming by train, take the exit towards Piccadilly Gardens, then head south-east for about eight minutes on foot. The building is a four-storey red-brick block with a glass entrance. We are on the second floor.
Paid parking is available at the NCP on Minshull Street, roughly 200 metres away. If you are cycling, there are Sheffield stands right outside the entrance.
We are happy to host meetings in our boardroom, which seats up to ten people. Let us know in your enquiry if you would like to visit in person and we will book a slot.
Common questions before getting in touch
How much data do I need before reaching out?
There is no strict minimum. Some of our best projects started with a single spreadsheet of 5,000 rows. During the scoping call we will assess whether your data is sufficient for the outcome you want, and if not, we will suggest ways to collect what is missing.
Do you sign NDAs before the first call?
Yes. If you need a mutual NDA in place before sharing any details, email us a copy or ask us to send ours. We can usually have it signed and returned within 48 hours.
Can you work with our existing cloud provider?
We deploy on AWS, Google Cloud and Azure. If you already have infrastructure on one of those platforms, we will build directly into your environment so there is no data migration and no extra hosting bill from us.
What happens after the project is delivered?
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support at no extra cost. After that you can move to a monthly maintenance plan or hand the system over to your internal team. We provide full documentation and a handover session either way.
Do you work with startups or only established companies?
We work with both. Around a third of our clients have fewer than 20 employees. The deciding factor is whether the project has a clear business case and enough data to act on, not the size of the company.
